Terms of Service

General

By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the Terms of Service before making any payment.Last updated: September 7, 2026✦ I strictly prohibit using my works for NFT and/or generative AI.
✦ I reserve the right to decline any commission if I believe my skills are unable to work with the request and if AI references are used in the request.
✦ Please have a clear idea of the requested work and provide visual references for ease of process, unless a "SKEB/Surprise Me" work is requested.
✦ There will be three (3) revisions allowed during the sketch and color phase. Any added revisions during the rendering phase will be charged with additional fees.
✦ It will take 1-4 weeks to complete the work after the approval of the sketch, depending on the complication of the work, unless the client provides a reasonable deadline.
✦ Please give credits when posting or sharing the work.
✦ Please understand that I am a university student and have part-time work, but I will constantly send updates on the progress of the work from sketch to base color until the final render within the given time frame, all with a watermark or poisoned to avoid art theft and/or AI training.

Usages

✦ I own all rights to use my works in portfolios and socials as sample works unless a privacy fee has been paid.
✦ The work may be used for personal usage, such as for profile display photo, banner, or personal collection.
✦ Do NOT use my works for commercial use unless paid for the rights.
  → Commercial Usage is for-profit use through monetized media and content, such as advertisements and physical merchandising, such as stickers and prints for selling.
✦ Do NOT use my works for any political or illegal agenda, and any usage outside of the agreement is strictly not allowed.

Payment & Additional Fees

✦ Listed prices are base prices. Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the requested design.PAYMENT METHODS
✦ International payments are through Ko-Fi or direct to PayPal.
✦ Local (PH) payments can be through Paypal or GCash at different rates.
✦ Client may pay 100% upfront or 50% downpayment upon sketch phase, and remaining 50% before final delivery.


ADD-ONS
✦ Complicated or detailed designs such as complex backgrounds, weapons, tattoos, patterns, etc., may require an additional 20-50% fee.
✦ Additional characters require an additional 50% fee each character added.


PROCESS FEES
✦ Revision Fees - Any revisions after the three (3) free revisions will have an additional fee of not more than 50%, depending on the complexity.
✦Rush Fees - Rush orders or requested priority orders can be accepted if my schedule allows, with a fee ranging from 50% to 100% depending on the requested deadline.
  → Shortening of the deadline will no longer be accepted after the initially agreed change of deadline.
✦ Commercial Usage Fee - Any work that will be used for monetization will require a 100% additional fee.
✦ Privacy Fee / NDA - Client may request for the art to be not posted until a specific date or streamed by the artist for an additional 20% fee.
  → Why a privacy fee? Commissioned works help build my portfolio and credibility as an artist! It helps with my works' visibility and marketing. I also post WIPs of my work/s as proofs. If the client wishes to protect the sensitivity or exclusivity of the work and/or keep things confidential, they are ought to pay for the fee.

Refunds & Cancellations

✦ All processed payments are non-refundable once work on the commission has started after the sketch phase.
✦ Cancellation of work is allowed if the work has not been started, prior to the sketch phase.
✦ If I fail to complete the work due to unforeseen circumstances, a full or partial refund may be issued depending on the amount of work completed.
✦ If the client is unable to respond to important messages and revisions for 10 consecutive days without prior notice, commission work will be canceled without refund.
